On a day like today in 1810, on May 22nd, almos everyone in the Cabildo were in favour of dismissing the viceroy of the power. But they couldn't agree on WHO should be in power afterwards or how they should do it. Castelli suggested that the people should decide by voting for a Junta de Gobierno but Castelli thought that it was the Cabildo the one who should decide.
